In the production of this sparkling wine, the first stage involves traditional white vinification, with controlled temperatures between 15°C and 17°C to ensure the quality of the grapes. This is followed by natural fermentation in temperature-controlled steel tanks for at least 30 days, until an internal pressure of more than 4.5 atm is reached.
We recommend serving this wine at a temperature of about 4°C to 6°C.
