Our organic and vegan prosecco DOC Treviso is a sparkling, vivacious and fragrant wine. This organic wine able to stand out above all for the fineness and freshness of its aromas and also turns out to be very versatile as it can accompany any occasion and all types of cuisine. Characteristic is its twine binding, one of the oldest systems for anchoring wine bottle corks: the twine is synonymous with the link with the territory and recalls the simplicity of the products of the earth. Even today the historical application procedure is performed entirely by hand.

Nose: harmonious scent, with delicate notes of acacia flowers.
Taste: fresh and delicate flavor, with hints of white flowers and pear, pleasantly acidic.
The first stage involves soft pressing and traditional white vinification, fermenting at low temperatures to preserve the quality of the grapes. In a second stage, the prise de mousse is implemented in autoclaves for about 30 days until an internal pressure of 2.5 atm is reached.
We recommend serving this wine at a temperature of about 6 to 8° C.
