All our reds without added sulfites are bottled using the screw cap, which allows the bottle to be hermetically sealed and prevents oxygen passages that could compromise the naturalness of the wine itself.

Classic red vinification without the addition of sulfur dioxide. The best Merlot and Cabernet grapes are selected. Fermentation is activated with selected yeasts, low producers of sulfur dioxide, and takes place on the pomace at a controlled temperature of 25°C for one week. It is then pressed and aged in steel tanks where it matures on its own yeasts for about 3 months.
