This certified organic and vegan Spumante Rosé from the "So Easy" line by its nature and characteristics winks at the market segment characterized by younger consumers. The sleeve with which the bottle has been covered, with a floral pattern and completely removable, emphasizes and accentuates the character of this wine obtained from a selection of grapes that follow a reduced red vinification.
Sight: soft pink color.
Nose: fragrance with floral and fruity notes.
Taste: delicate structure in the mouth characterized by good, lovable savoriness and smoothness. Excellent persistence.
A first vinification in rosé takes place with a few hours of contact with the marc. The must carries out the first fermentation at a controlled temperature.
Subsequently, the second fermentation takes place in an autoclave until the desired pressure of 4.5 atm is reached.
We recommend serving this wine at a temperature of about 4°C to 6°C.
