"Hoopa" is a brightly colored PIWI wine. PIWIs are in fact grape varieties that are resistant to fungal diseases. They are the result of constant human research and selection, which has been in place for several decades, of crosses between vitis vinifera (wine) and American vine varieties (resistant to fungal diseases), which are allowed for all purposes for the production of quality wines. The advantage is the minimal number of treatments (from 2/4 annually) carried out and the resulting environmental impact for their cultivation. View: straw yellow color. Nose: very fruity aroma with tropical notes, such as pineapple and white peach Floral notes of wisteria combine with light hints of elderberry. Taste: dry, balanced wine with fine and persistent perlage.
