WINE MAKING
This wine is produced following a classic red wine making process. The grapes are destemmed and crushed. This is followed by the grafting of selected yeasts, which will allow the start of alcoholic fermentation for a duration of about 5-6 days; in the meantime, pumping over and punching down operations are carried out, which favor the extraction of the tannins, characterizing this wine. After the maceration period, a soft pressing is carried out, which allows the separation of the marc from the wine: at this point, after a series of racking, the wine will be aged in steel tanks until it is filtered.

Light ruby red with a slight garnet hue.
TASTING
Aroma: hints of wild berries and plum jam with notes of licorice.
Taste: On the palate, the light tannins impart a full-bodied flavor with a pleasantly long finish.
SERVICE
Serving temperature: 14°C – 18°C
Pairings: Excellent with pasta dishes such as risotto or meat main courses. Ideal for serving with aperitifs featuring traditional cold cuts.
