A sparkling wine produced by the Champenoise method with an intense bouquet of ripe fruit and honey, enriched by floral hints and hints of leavened bread dough. The palate is very broad and soft, with a savory, dry finish. Good initial acidity and marked minerality. Lends itself perfectly to accompany shellfish, seafood, sushi; it is also ideal as an aperitif. View: straw-yellow color with bright golden reflections. Nose: intense aroma of ripe fruit, honey and bread crust, with an elegant mineral note. Taste: the palate is very broad and soft, with a savory and dry finish. Good initial acidity.

Metodo Classico is born from the symphony of two great grapes: Chardonnay and Manzoni Bianco, rigorously selected by hand-picking. To protect their scents and aromas as much as possible, the berries are cooled and then subjected to a soft crushing phase. Vinification involves alcoholic fermentation in thermo-conditioned steel tanks until March following the harvest. It is then blended with careful refermentation on the lees for 36 months. Since this is a Brut Nature, disgorgement takes place without the addition of sugar and liqueur dʼexpedition. 5 atm.

We recommend serving this wine at a temperature of about 4°C to 6°C.
