This organic and vegan certified Spumante Pinot Grigio delle Venezie DOC from the "So Easy" line by its nature and characteristics winks at the market segment characterized by younger consumers. The sleeve with which the bottle has been covered, with a floral pattern and completely removable, emphasizes and accentuates the character of this wine obtained from a selection of grapes that follow a Charmat method vinification. View: bright straw yellow color. Nose: fresh and floral aroma, with notes of yeast and spices. Taste: balanced and persistent flavor.

In the production of this sparkling wine, the first stage involves traditional classic white vinification. Natural refermentation takes place in temperature-controlled steel tanks for at least 30 days, following the Charmat method and reaching an internal pressure above 4.5 atm.

We recommend serving this wine at a temperature of about 4°C to 6°C.
