We cherish our responsibility to care for and respect our planet, so we strive to improve ourselves every day. The "BACK TO BASIC" line minimizes the impact of the wine supply chain on the environment. The certified organic and vegan grapes come from the estate's Raboso vineyard, a grape variety to which we are historically very close and to which many family harvest memories are linked. A typically tart, medium-bodied wine with hints reminiscent of berries, blackberry and morello cherry. Sight: ruby red color. Nose: scent reminiscent of red berries, blackberry and morello cherry. Taste: typically acidic, medium-bodied wine.
This wine follows a classic red wine making process. Maceration of the must on the pomace lasts 6-10 days in order to obtain a young wine that is immediately appreciable for its ready drinking.
We recommend serving this wine at a temperature of about 16-18°C.

BACK TO BASIC is a project created intentionally in the winery's 40th year, which it celebrates by embracing the concept of "basic" understood as a celebration of the winery's essential and identity values."Organic for us is a lifestyle choice, a responsibility that inspires every aspect of our reality. The certified organic and vegan grapes come from the vineyards of our own farm. The bottle is made of 95% recycled glass. The 100% sustainable cork stopper, as well as the capsule and cardboard packaging, is derived from recycled material, allows a CO2 level of 297 grams to be offset for its production, etched into the stopper itself.
