Our Prosecco DOC Brut without added sulfites and organic fully interprets our company philosophy characterized by the desire to respect the environment and eliminate the use of chemicals, a challenge we carry on every day with satisfaction and pride. A wine that comes from the best selection of grapes, healthy and uncontaminated, able to release the best aromas. View: pale straw yellow color with bright greenish reflections. Nose: harmonious scent, reminiscent of apple and pear. Taste: fresh wine, well balanced in the mouth, evoking Golden apple and tropical fruits.

After a selection of the best grapes, a classic white winemaking process is carried out involving a single fermentation without added sulfites. The fermentation is activated with selected yeasts, low producers of sulfur dioxide, and takes place at a controlled temperature of about 15°C. This process takes place in steel autoclaves for the duration of about 60 days until the desired pressure of 4.5 atm is reached.

We recommend serving this wine at a temperature of about 4°C to 6°C.
