WINE MAKING
In the production of this sparkling wine, the first stage involves traditional white vinification, with controlled temperatures between 15°C and 17°C to ensure the quality of the grapes. This is followed by natural fermentation in temperature-controlled steel tanks for at least 30 days, until an internal pressure of more than 4.5 atm is reached.

Aroma: A harmonious, fruity aroma reminiscent of Renetta apples, accompanied by floral notes of acacia.
Taste: On the palate, it is velvety, fresh, well-balanced, and lively, with an elegant finish and a fine, persistent perlage.

Serving temperature: 4°C – 6°C
Pairings: Ideal with appetizers and light, vegetarian first courses, such as a vegetable risotto.
