M-Use is more than just a wine: it is a design object. The name refers to the muse that inspired it and the concept of multi-use: after tasting, the bottle decorated with sparkling polyhedrons becomes an elegant and reusable piece of furniture.
White vinification by separation of the must from the skins with soft pressing and fermentation at a controlled temperature of 17°C to encourage the development and preservation of the original aromas. Foaming in autoclave using the Charmat method for about 40 days with an internal pressure of 4.5 atm.
We recommend serving this wine at a temperature of about 4°C to 6°C.
