"Live Bio" is an alternative way to prepare an aperitif: here's a recipe for organic spritz!

• 3 parts organic Prosecco DOC sparkling wine 
• 1 part organic "Live Bio" bitters
• 1 part sparkling water (or if you prefer organic soda).
• Ice and half an orange slice

Organic Spritz is prepared in a rock glass or large wine glass.
You need to pour in some ice cubes and then the organic Spumante Prosecco DOC.
Add the sparkling water or soda and finally pour in circular motions the "Live Bio" bitter to prevent it from settling only at the bottom. The spritz is ready by garnishing it with a slice of orange!
