Spumante Brut comes from the vinification of Glera grapes from our Treviso plains. A wine of tradition, Spumante Prosecco whose white vinification preserves the quality of the grapes. Prosecco is the ideal wine for your convivial moments, the result of a land that offers much and of a rich and rigorous grape. Sight: it has a brilliant, straw-yellow color with greenish reflections. Nose: a harmonious and fruity scent reminiscent of rennet apple, accompanied by floral notes of acacia. Palate: on the palate, it is velvety, fresh, well-balanced and lively, with an elegant aftertaste and fine, persistent perlage.

In the production of this sparkling wine, the first stage involves traditional white vinification, with controlled temperatures between 15°C and 17°C to ensure the quality of the grapes. This is followed by natural fermentation in temperature-controlled steel tanks for at least 30 days, until an internal pressure of more than 4.5 atm is reached.

We recommend serving this wine at a temperature of about 4°C to 6°C.
