WINE MAKING
In the production of this sparkling wine, the first stage involves traditional classic white vinification. Natural refermentation takes place in temperature-controlled steel tanks for at least 30 days, following the Charmat method and reaching an internal pressure above 4.5 atm.

TASTING
Nose: The aroma is dominated by notes of fresh fruit, such as nectarine, which blend with delicate floral hints and a slightly spicy note.
Taste: On the palate, it is bold and lingering, harmonious and savory.
