production
To produce this nonalcoholic beverage we start with a base of unfermented must from white grapes. The must is diluted with water and later gasified with the addition of carbon dioxide. Sulfur dioxide is then added to ensure the quality of the product. Once the non-alcoholic beverage is ready it is bottled.

TASTING
Smell: a drink with a distinct aromatic profile, with floral notes and hints of white fruit and apple.
Taste: in the mouth, the drink is fresh, light, with good acidity and a delicate, persistent bubble.
SERVICE
Serving temperature: 4°C – 6°C
Pairings: Like wine, this non-alcoholic beverage pairs well with light, delicate dishes. It’s perfect as a base for non-alcoholic cocktails.
