characteristics of sweet muscat sparkling wine m-use
A wine whose name represents an essence from which, in ancient times, the finest scents were extracted. M-use Muscat is the perfect combination of elegance and rock: who said one cannot exist without the other? Its chic black glitter will blend perfectly with its fresh yet penetrating fragrance.
View: shows a yellow color with bright golden reflections.
Nose: an aromatic, floral and fruity scent. Characteristic hints of orange blossom, citrus and apricot can be recognized.
Taste: on the palate, it is distinguished by a velvety taste, with an excellent balance between acidity and sweetness characteristic of the grape variety and a fine and persistent perlage.
Obtained by alcoholic fermentation of the must in autoclaves according to the Charmat method, it is controlled for at least 30 days until it reaches an internal pressure of 4.5 atm.
We recommend serving this wine at a temperature of about 4-6°C.
