Bianco IGT Veneto Passito "Alba Chiara" represents the result of a complex process, as it involves the grapes being harvested and selected by hand so that they are then subjected to a forced drying process. View: golden yellow color with bright amber highlights. Nose: intense, broad and multifaceted bouquet with aromas of honey, raisins and dried fruit. Taste: warm, lingering flavor with aromatic nuances reminiscent of honey and apricot jam.

The best white grapes are dried for about 3 months in a forced dehumidification room. This step allows the water in the berry to be eliminated in order to concentrate all the substances it contains as much as possible. Once the desired level of sugars is reached, a classic red vinification is carried out. No affinishing in wood.
