Classic red vinification without the addition of sulfur dioxide. The best Merlot grapes are selected. Fermentation is activated with selected yeasts, low producers of sulfur dioxide, and takes place on the pomace at a controlled temperature of 25°C for one week. It is then pressed and aged in steel tanks where it matures on its lees for about 3 months.

Our wines without added sulfites are the result of a delicate and meticulous production process, designed to preserve the authentic expression of the original grape varieties. The aim is to offer pure aromas and flavors in the glass, capable of evoking the fragrance and naturalness of wines of the past, leaving room for the true identity of the grapes to shine through.
Their production requires great attention both in the vineyard and in the cellar, with a rigorous approach that respects natural cycles.
During the harvest, the best grapes are carefully selected, while in the cellar, the vinification process is accompanied by constant checks to limit contact with the air and avoid unwanted fermentation, ensuring balance, freshness, and stability in the wine.
The result is a sincere, lively wine with a distinct identity, capable of expressing the territory in a natural and unforced way.

WINE AS A WORK OF ART
The labels in the LIBELLULA line are created as true works of art, designed as a collection of four canvases.
At the bottom of each label is a description of the wine, designed like the explanatory label accompanying a painting in an art exhibition: an invitation to discover, read, and contemplate.
The technique chosen is collage, an avant-garde style that breaks with traditional conventions in both form and content. Rich and evocative, the art of collage allows the artist to express and interpret their emotional and perceptual processes, giving rise to intense, contemporary compositions.
The Libellula concept evokes figures that transform or identify with this insect, a symbol of the deep connection between human beings and nature, of which they are an integral part. The dragonfly flying freely thus becomes an emblem of a pure, uncontaminated environment in perfect balance.
