WINE MAKING
Ripe grapes are harvested by hand and vinified in white. Fermentation takes place in small cement containers for about 10 days. Then the wine is racked, rests on the fine lees for about six months and bottled.

Nose: The nose reveals intense and lingering aromas of flowers, such as wisteria, and tropical fruits, particularly passion fruit.
Taste: On the palate, the wine is full-bodied and well-balanced, with subtle mineral notes.

Pairings: Ideal with first and second courses featuring white meat.
