Our Sauvignon IGT Toscana is a full-bodied, well-balanced wine. A bit like the animal that represents it, the turtle, which embodies several meanings. Perseverance, balance, and the ability to adapt to change. An animal that represents the ability to transform, just like its shell that changes as it grows. A wine born from the exploration of a grape variety, Sauvignon Blanc, which allows you to travel beyond the classic boundaries.

Ripe grapes are harvested by hand and vinified in white. Fermentation takes place in small cement containers for about 10 days. Then the wine is racked, rests on the fine lees for about six months and bottled.

We recommend serving this wine at a temperature of 10-12°C.

Traditional Tuscan wines are meant to represent landmarks for Edoardo, a little man of the future.
