WINE MAKING
Well-ripened grapes are harvested by hand and vinified in red. Maceration lasts about 15 days, with repeated daily punching-down. This process facilitates a gentle extraction of tannins and anthocyanins, which give the characteristic ruby red color and great longevity. The wine ages in steel vats for 8 months and in the bottle for the remaining 4 months.

TASTING
Nose: The nose reveals deep, lingering aromas of red fruit, such as blackberry and raspberry, giving way to a delicate balsamic finish with notes of boxwood.
Taste: On the palate, the wine displays good structure and persistent yet balanced tannins.

Serving temperature: 16°C – 18°C
Pairings: Ideal with hearty, traditional Tuscan dishes. Perfect with game or slow-cooked dishes.
