A wine, our Rosso IGT Toscana, intense, harmonious, elegant and sinuous, like the flight of the hoopoe, an animal depicted on the front label of the product. A very shy and reserved animal, which, however, at the same time does not go unnoticed and "leaves its mark." Similarly, our wine, after tasting it will be remembered. Finally, the hoopoe, in tradition, has a guiding function and holds an auspicious message. This wine is part of a collection dedicated to little Edward, which is precisely why we want this new label to be symbolically a reference point and a guide for him, ready to accompany him step by step. Sangiovese and Merlot combine to create an excellent wine from the Tuscan tradition. The nose reveals intense and persistent aromas of red fruit, such as blackberry and raspberry, which give way to a delicate spicy finish. A well-balanced and full-bodied wine. The tannin present blends harmoniously with its softness and structure, giving elegance and finesse.

We recommend serving this wine at a temperature of 16-18°C.
