Aroma: red fruits such as black raspberry, cherry, and eucalyptus are recognizable on the nose.
Taste: a harmonious, velvety wine with soft tannins. Cherry and plum stand out on the palate.
Classic red wine vinification. Maceration lasts about 12 days, with repeated daily punching-down. This process facilitates a gentle extraction of tannins and anthocyanins, which give the characteristic ruby red color and great longevity. The wine ages in cement for at least 12 months.
