M-Use is more than just a wine: it is a design object. The name refers to the muse that inspired it and the concept of multi-use: after tasting, the bottle decorated with sparkling polyhedrons becomes an elegant and reusable piece of furniture.
In the production of this organic sparkling wine, the first stage involves traditional white wine vinification, with temperatures controlled between 15°C and 17°C to ensure the quality of the grapes. This is followed by natural fermentation in temperature-controlled steel tanks for at least 30 days, until an internal pressure of over 4.5 atm is reached.
We recommend serving this wine at a temperature of about 4°C to 6°C.
