This sparkling wine is the result of a long Charmat method of about two months in autoclave, made from a blend of Glera and Pinot Noir. The Pinot Noir grapes, after a soft pressing, are left in contact with the skins for the period necessary to achieve the desired color. The must then faces fermentation in stainless steel at a controlled temperature of 18°C. A cuvée is then prepared with Prosecco wine (90 percent) for taking foam in an autoclave. This process takes about 60 days until a pressure of 5 atm is achieved.

The campaign in pink!
After its release in November 2020, our Prosecco Rosé Brut Pizzolato was the star of a new social project on Instagram. During the Christmas season, our feed was "painted" with pink hues that revealed some positive messages. We wanted to convey to consumers the importance of some personal and collective values that became fundamental during the unhappy period of the pandemic. Shots of everyday life, small moments that took on deep meanings because they were made from the heart.
