taste the m-use pink soft drink
production
To produce this nonalcoholic beverage we start with a base of unfermented must from red grapes. The must is diluted with water and later gasified with the addition of carbon dioxide. Sulfur dioxide is then added to ensure the quality of the product. Once the non-alcoholic beverage is ready it is bottled.

TASTING
Nose: A drink with a delicate but distinct aroma, where we find both floral notes of wisteria and hints of red fruits, such as raspberry and blood orange peel.
Taste: in the mouth, the drink is fresh, light, with good acidity and a delicate, persistent bubble.

Serving temperature: 4°C – 6°C
Pairings: Like wine, this non-alcoholic beverage pairs well with light, delicate dishes. It’s perfect as a base for non-alcoholic cocktails to enjoy as an aperitif or after dinner.
