WINE MAKING
Red wine vinification with a short maceration on the skins for about 12 hours. This is followed by a second fermentation lasting about 60 days, carried out with selected yeasts at a controlled temperature of 16 °C, until the desired pressure is reached.

Aroma: intense and complex, with elegant notes of currant, cherry, and wild strawberry, accompanied by a delicate floral hint of violet.
Taste: Delicate, fresh, and fruity. Well-balanced tannins with a savory and elegant finish.

Serving temperature: 6°C – 8°C
Pairings: with lightly glazed BBQ meats or Asian dishes featuring teriyaki sauce. Enjoy at the end of a meal with berry tarts and cookies. Also excellent with blue-veined cheeses.
