Classic white vinification. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature in thermo-conditioned steel tanks. At the end of alcoholic fermentation, the wine remains in contact with the yeasts for an adequate period to extrapolate the best aromas.

Back to Basic is a project deliberately launched in the winery's fortieth year of activity, which it is celebrating by embracing the concept of "basic" as a celebration of the company's essential values and identity.
“For us, organic is a lifestyle choice, a responsibility that inspires every aspect of our business. The certified organic and vegan grapes come from the vineyards of our own farm. The bottle is made from 95% recycled glass. The 100% sustainable cork, as well as the capsule and cardboard packaging, is made from recycled material, offsetting 297 grams of CO2 emissions during production, which is engraved on the cork itself."
