Characteristics of Prosecco DOC Demi Sec
Aroma: intense, delicate bouquet with notes of white flowers and fruit such as green apple.
Taste: well-balanced flavor, fresh and moderately sweet with a persistent aftertaste.
White vinification by separation of the must from the skins with soft pressing and fermentation at a controlled temperature of 17°C to encourage the development and preservation of the original aromas. Foaming in autoclave using the Charmat method for about 40 days with an internal pressure of 4.5 atm.
We recommend serving this wine at a temperature of about 4°C.
