This certified organic and vegan Moscato sparkling wine from the "So Easy" line by its nature and characteristics winks at the market segment characterized by younger consumers. The sleeve with which the bottle has been covered, with a floral pattern and completely removable, emphasizes and accentuates the character of this wine obtained from a selection of grapes that follow a Charmat method of vinification.
Sight: it shows a yellow color with brilliant golden reflections.
Nose: a fresh and inviting bouquet with sweet floral notes and hints of yellow-fleshed jam such as peach.
Palate: on the palate, it is distinguished by a velvety taste with an excellent balance between acidity and sweetness characteristic of the grape variety and a fine and persistent perlage.
Obtained by alcoholic fermentation of the must in autoclaves according to the Charmat method, it is controlled for at least 30 days until it reaches an internal pressure of 4.5 atm.
We recommend serving this wine at a temperature of about 4°C to 6°C.
