Aroma: complex, mineral bouquet with notes of acacia flowers. Fruity with hints of peach, plum, apricot, and pineapple.
Taste: elegant with aromatic and mineral notes. Refined.
Manzoni Bianco is a grape variety created by Prof. Manzoni of the Conegliano wine school in 1930 by crossing Riesling Renano and Pinot Bianco.
Classic white vinification. Fermentation takes place 10% in wooden barrels. At the end of alcoholic fermentation the wine remains an adequate period in contact with the yeasts to extract the best aromas.

Back to Basic is a project deliberately launched in the winery's fortieth year of activity, which it is celebrating by embracing the concept of "basic" as a celebration of the company's essential values and identity.
“For us, organic is a lifestyle choice, a responsibility that inspires every aspect of our business. The certified organic and vegan grapes come from the vineyards of our own farm. The bottle is made from 95% recycled glass. The 100% sustainable cork, as well as the capsule and cardboard packaging, is made from recycled material, offsetting 297 grams of CO2 emissions during production, which is engraved on the cork itself."
