Two organic Prosecco Superiore DOCG Conegliano-Valdobbiadene sparkling wines and one Chardonnay sparkling wine make up the "Linea Collezione": Stefany, Frederik and Valdobbiadene Brut. Created in 1994, they are among the first organic sparkling wines produced by the winery.

Our farm leads 5 hectares in a beautiful basin in the municipality of San Pietro di Feletto. In these areas we enjoy a landscape that the farmer's skillful hand has designed year after year until it is worthy of the candidacy for UNESCO World Heritage recognition.
The organic sparkling wine DOCG Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore Extra Dry and the organic sparkling wine DOCG Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore Brut are the result of the enhancement of an area historically dedicated to viticulture. We respect this magnificent area of cultural and food and wine tourism and enhance it by producing according to the criteria of sustainable and organic agriculture in the hills that make man's work heroic but give the wine the authenticity of a unique land.
The Wines
The two sparkling wines Frederik and Stefany
Born in 1994, the two organic sparkling wines Frederik and Stefany are dedicated to Settimo Pizzolato's eldest sons, Federico and Stefania. The certified organic and vegan Chardonnay Brut "Frederik" is a sparkling wine made from the grapes of Chardonnay, one of the most widely planted white grape varieties in the world, which gives this long charmat elegance and refinement. The bottle has recently been embellished with a uniquely shaped, contemporary bottle and a wraparound Tiffany color. Spumante Prosecco DOCG Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore Extra Dry organic and vegan certified "Stefany" is a sparkling wine that comes from Glera grapes grown in the nearby hills of the Conegliano-Valdobbiadene area.
