The animals represented on the label encapsulate different meanings, important lessons for Edoardo: the lion symbolizes corage, responsibility and trust; the hoopoe the spensiveness, freedom and a guide for the future; the tortoise perseverance, balance and the ability to adapt to change.

An oil that smells of its land
Casale Terzo 's extra virgin olive oil comes from the 1,000 olive trees that surround the estate, organically grown in a harmonious embrace with the vineyard, drawing a landscape with an ancient flavor.
