Aroma: hints of wild berries, plum jam, and notes of licorice.
Taste: light tannins give it a full-bodied and pleasantly long finish.
This wine is produced following a classic red wine making process. The grapes are destemmed and crushed. This is followed by the grafting of selected yeasts, which will allow the start of alcoholic fermentation for a duration of about 5-6 days; in the meantime, pumping over and punching down operations are carried out, which favor the extraction of the tannins, characterizing this wine. After the maceration period, a soft pressing is carried out, which allows the separation of the marc from the wine: at this point, after a series of racking, the wine will be aged in steel tanks until it is filtered.

Back to Basic is a project deliberately launched in the winery's fortieth year of activity, which it is celebrating by embracing the concept of "basic" as a celebration of the company's essential values and identity.
“For us, organic is a lifestyle choice, a responsibility that inspires every aspect of our business. The certified organic and vegan grapes come from the vineyards of our own farm. The bottle is made from 95% recycled glass. The 100% sustainable cork, as well as the capsule and cardboard packaging, is made from recycled material, offsetting 297 grams of CO2 emissions during production, which is engraved on the cork itself."
