Appearance: golden yellow color with bright amber reflections.
Aroma: intense, broad, and multifaceted bouquet with aromas of honey, raisins, and dried fruit.
Taste: warm, persistent flavor with aromatic nuances reminiscent of honey and apricot jam.

The best white grapes are dried for about 3 months in a forced dehumidification room. This step allows the water in the berry to be eliminated in order to concentrate all the substances it contains as much as possible. Once the desired level of sugars is reached, a classic red vinification is carried out. No affinishing in wood.
We recommend serving this wine at a temperature of about 12°C to 14°C.
