WINE MAKING
The finest Glera and Incrocio Manzoni grapes are dried for 3 months on racks in a room with controlled humidity. Once the desired sugar level is reached, the wine undergoes a classic white wine vinification process. It ages in stainless steel tanks until bottling.

TASTING
Nose: An intense, broad, and multifaceted bouquet, with aromas of honey, raisins, and dried fruit.
Taste: a warm, lingering flavor with aromatic notes reminiscent of honey and apricot jam.
SERVICE
Serving temperature: 12°C – 14°C
Pairings: a wine for leisurely sipping, excellent with pastries and cream-filled cakes. Ideal with soft cheeses, such as Casatella, and aged prosciutto.
Traditional dish: Venetian “Zaleti” cookies.
