Soft pressing and traditional white winemaking. Fermentation at low temperatures to preserve quality. At a later stage, fermentation is implemented in autoclaves for about 25 days up to a pressure of 2.5 atm.
We recommend serving this wine at a temperature around 4 to 6° C.
